Location, atmosphere of the apartment

A little bit could be improved as far as kitchen utilities are concerned.

Location was great and easy access to everything. Most features were well provided for. A staff member, I don't know if he was the owner, provided a small fan and and a kettle and replaced a lost key which was helpful. Having a washing machine was helpful.

The apartment we stayed in didn't really match the photo description above, maybe there are several of them. They should separate the apartment pictures in the advertisement so you know what you are getting. I was worried on arrival it wouldn't suit our party of 5. Ok the wifi was not working and therefore the tv services also not working, they did not prioritise fixing this even though it was badly needed and that simply was not good enough. So we had no tv or wifi the entire stay. Also the apartment was just too hot. It was a warm to hot and humid week and even though a small fan was brought, it was not really adequate for cooling. To cool the apartment and sleep properly you had to open windows all night in all rooms and by the time the apartment started to cool down in the morning, the traffic and tram noise started because it was a major street. Sleeping was very poor there. Austria gets more hot summers now and improvement is needed.

Location was very central. Spacious and well equipped.

Due to its central location it was very noisy at night. It's on a very busy central street with lots of cafes etc so noisy every night until almost midnight. We booked to stay here but we're moved to another property the day before, so this was quite stressful as no time to look elsewhere. Other property was fine but very noisy.

Location was perfect. View was great. Comfortable. Found place easily.

WiFi was terrible. Wasn’t able to use at all. Had to leave to outside to use my own data- which wouldn’t work in apt either. Could’ve used an info package to help with the area’s attractions and restaurants and how to use the facilities in the apt(washing machine)

Spacious apartment, great location. Easy to get to from the train station. For two nights it was ok.

We had no hot water, and no reply from the host when we sent a message about it. The wifi didn't work. The fridge was set on the coldest setting and froze our food. There were no tabs for the dishwasher. We didn't find a tea towel for the kitchen or a bath mat for the shower (which didn't matter in the end because of no hot water!) There were no capsules for the coffee machine. The WC didn't have a handbasin...not unusual for an older apartment, but there is a step in the hall between WC and bathroom which could potentially catch some people out. Not all of the photos in the listing related to the apartment we stayed in.

Didnt Like that we were 4 days without Hot water for bath, a no wi fi signal during the stay, the host didnt answer for calls and messages for begging to resolve and fix the problems It is 2024 year and we are bathing with cold water like in 14 century

On booking the Penthouse we had been showed photos of a different apartment to what we got. The booking confirmation claimed to have extra beds as well as a balcony. The apartment we got did not have any of this. We called and had to send photos of our booking to prove what we had been offered. They offered a 15% discount on the booking but have since not responded to any calls or messages regarding this. I would check other reviews regarding this as i think they are well versed in ignoring requests from guests and misleading them regarding refunds and fees. This review could be very good for the stay but when you arrive with a large group and the apartment cant hold them all as promised it is unacceptable. People had to sleep on the floor and in a variety of uncomfortable places. 15% refund was offered but i am beginning to think this was never going to be honoured. I think booking.com would be wise to check this client and make sure they are following rules for misleading guests.

Good location and nicely decorated

We booked this apartment for 5 people - and paid for 5 as well. However when we came not only was the sofa bed not made, there was absolutely no bedding for it either. We messaged the property and didn't get a reponse AT ALL. I slept on a towel covered in jackets. When we opened the sofa bed the mattress was disgusting - heavily stained all over and hairs everywhere... Also note that this apartment is on the 5th floor with only janky old stairs so thank god we were all fit young people. The kitchen had one small frying pan and two huge pots (like 5L) so idk if you could really use it.
