Was very close to public transport. Very close to a grocery store. Was in a quiet area and we felt safe even when walking home one evening in the dark.

Cleanliness in all bathrooms could be improved but the townhouse was otherwise very clean.

Staff were nice

Place to pick up keys was about 3 blocks from apartment - difficult with lots of bags. Place had an uncared for look. generally shabby. Torn blinds - bed linen was cheap - polyester mattress protectors and microfibre type blanket only. odd sheets - only single beds upstairs and queen size bed on lower floor - one single bed had queen sized sheet other had single - just no attention to detail. The owners of the units should be concerned about how the rental agency is looking after their place.

This property was more than we anticipated. It was beautiful. Location was perfect for our event at Marvel Stadium. We would definitely recommend to our friends.

Mattress of bed was just a little bit hard on the body

Great location, close to free trams and walking distance to Marvel Stadium for events. Not many cafe’s or restaurants in short walking distance though, especially on weekends. There was a green space outside where my toddler could play, and we could use it for workouts which was really nice. Woolies close by was very useful.

$1000 security bond took a month to clear and I think this was forced by bank, not released by the company. Quite overpriced. Spoke to the cafe owner out the front who says the place is mostly vacant so they must have to make up for it by overcharging. Weird bed configuration. Master bedroom had 2 singles, the only double bed was on the lower floor (check orange stay website for floor plan and bed configuration). Thin blankets tucked too low so didnt cover full torso (I undid the bed and remade it to pull the blanket up higher, but guests shouldnt have to do this). Forced to sleep with heaters on due to insufficient bedding. Whole house was dusty, I assume it was cleaned and then sat empty for months before we got there. This is bad for allergy and asthma sufferers. There were also a lot of dead bugs and cobwebs around the house. Bins in garage had rubbish in them which was quite smelly. Weird aircon/heating. One for each bedroom plus living room, but they all have to be on the same setting or they wont work. This is no good if one person suffers night sweats but the rest of us are cold! Minimal hand soap and no dish soap, thank goodness for the woolies near by so we could buy our own.

Location, balcony and bathrooms where nice. Plenty of room for six of us.

The dining chairs were plastic and not very strong. Bed configuration we requested was not available. Beds were a little firm. Kitchen knives where heat damaged.

Amazing location, beautiful layout and floor plan

Beds were not very comfortable, garage is nearly impossible to get in and out of

Plenty of space for five people across the three bedrooms, and having three bathrooms was a very welcome inclusion. The townhouse is nearby tram stops and restaurants / cafes, and about a 10-15 minute walk from Southern Cross Station. We picked up the keys from a reception location and they were kind enough to allow us to check in very early.

The wifi wasn't working but not a big deal
