Beachfront Penthouse at The Entrance

Location was perfect especially with young kids. Walk to beach, pool and fishing. Could walk to restaurants and main part of town but decided to take the short drive with littlies.

Would have liked a little more security so that young children could not exit the unit via the balcony or the front door by themselves.

The view

No screens on most of the windows. The bedroom screen and door cant lock

The location was great, communication excellent, property inside was clean, beds very comfortable Everything was great. Had trouble working out tv gave up in the end. Needs a few things done like replacing fly screens on main bedroom veranda door so you can leave open at night to get fresh air and hear the waves crash on the rocks and a few cobwebs here and there and maybe a pest control but apart from this it was perfect will definitely be staying again if my health stays stable. Suggestion please buy a colander for rinsing food out in. I came to have a get away due to me being so sick with a chronic illness with my nurse and another dear friend and to celebrate Australia Day. Perfect view of Australia Day Fireworks at Toukley from across the water.

The apartment is beautiful and location is amazing. Watching the whales and dolphins swim past from the balcony on our final morning was the greatest.

The location and view were fantastic and definitely a highlight of our stay. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. There were no locks on the doors, including the bathroom, which was a little uncomfortable. The extra bedding left next to the pull-out couch had a musty smell, and some of the appliances and cookware are showing their age. The dishwasher rack didn’t roll out properly, and there were a few cobwebs that suggested cleaning and maintenance could be more up to date. With some attention to these details, this property has the potential to be a great stay..
