Beachfront Penthouse at The Entrance

Location was great. Had a hiccup with the air con not working (known issue according to owner) that was fixed immediately. Washer dryer was great.

Poor maintenance and cleaning. Doors didn't close on cupboards, sliding door didn't lock. BBQ was filthy and knobs were broken. I had to take off knobs to turn the broken ones on. The outdoor umbrella was broken so we had to wait for the sun to go down to sit outside. Bottle opener was missing, chess piece was missing, Balcony awning was broken, blinds were old and had to be moved by hand. Cutlery all had to be washed along with the tray in the drawer, as well as glasses. The dishwasher worked but is old and the start button will probably not work soon.

Great location within easy walking distance to our intended festival.

Minor peeling paint and would be perfect with a second bathroom

You couldn't get a better location, I could sit on the balcony for hours. Even in the rain it's perfect. Spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen utensils. Very clean and smelt fresh in arrival. Loved the amenities pack in bathroom, a nice touch.

An extra tea towel in kitchen would be handy or maybe a hand towel. The baths had a unpleasant odour (cigarette?)

Location, property and presentation

The view was absolutely breathtaking. The bedding was very comfortable.

It was very dusty, and floors weren't vaccumed. i had to use the vaccum as we arrived.I think the carpet chosen creates a lot of lint and dust. Also, the kitchen would be great if they had more pots and pans that weren't burnt.

It was in a great position. There was a lovely shopping centre 5 mins away at Bateau Bay. We had spectacular views of the ocean. The beds were super comfy it was furnished beautifully very coastal it had everything we needed for our getaway even chocolates & wine

The only downside was the stairs, the water pressure as we have really thick hair hard to get conditioner out & the lounges were all really low a bit hard to get up from
