Holiday Holiday Chevron Renaissance Apartments

We loved the apartment it had everything and it was a great price and on a great level. Weve stayed here many times and keep coming back cos we love it. Car paking is inc and coles is just downstairs and ww a short walk away.

Apartment was spacious and the views from our two balcony level 30 apartment was fantastic. Having coles and shops downstairs and being central to everything was so convenient.

The indoor pool was available due to maintenance, but we were told the outdoor pool would be heated, and when i enquired the second day about the outdoor pool not being heated, the reply i got was "well it should be", and that was it. Being in Tower 2, no one even suggested for us to try the outdoor pool on level 2 in the other tower, which our friends just happen to come across on our last night. If we knew we could access that pool and that it was heated, we would of been in it everyday. We got evacuated at 12:30am (not the hotel's fault though i know), 2 of the lifts were down one of the last couple of days, both of our smoke alarms went off out of the blue and we lost our hot water and had to ring guest services to get it fixed (which they did while we were out for the day)

Great location, so close to everything. Our apartment was perfect, had everything we needed plus some. The facilities were awesome and so much for the kids to do inside the complex. Perfectly located above the shopping centre and Coles which was ideal!!

The check in process was a bit confusing and there was a bit of a miscommunication on the heated pool indoors and being closed early for repairs. Everything else was fantastic!

The apartment is in a great location and minutes to all the action around Surfers.

Access to and from the Car park is a bit of a mess and the Internet was terrible.
