Location was good, Views excellent. Unit inclusions were good.

Garbage smell constantly in foyers and elevators. Also in third bedroom in the larger unit smells constantly of garbage. Very unhygienic.

So close to shops and Cavill mall which made it very convenient when needing to go get groceries or go out for a meal or just to wander around and experience Surfers Paradise. Security staff really friendly when seeing them around the pool area and would stop for a chat. Seen one of the kids in Adelaide Crows gear so had a chat about the footy and advised us what channel the game would be shown there. Made the kids day 🙂

We travelled and booked as a family (two apartments) and didn’t realise until last minute that we weren’t in the same tower so this was a bit challenging at times as the only place we could meet up was the lagoon area but we made it work. Also the lifts in tower 2 smelt awful some days. We were taking our beach towels in the lift some days to smell these or would be covering our noses and mouths so we wouldn’t dryretch from the smell.
