Everything!! Location is perfect and rooms and view were spectacular! Couldn’t have asked for better

Un peu compliqué à l’arrivée (tardive) de trouver rapidement le bureau de réception.

We had several health and safety concerns during our stay, which were particularly worrying as we were travelling with two toddlers. There were broken and exposed phone wires hanging down, door locks that were difficult to secure, and the child safety chains on the doors were broken. Most concerning was that there was no internal safety lock on the front door, meaning our toddlers could easily open it themselves and leave the apartment. The air conditioning also came with a warning that if it was set below 22°C and the ducted system broke, guests could be held liable. Because of this, we felt uncomfortable lowering the temperature, which made both the apartment and hallways very hot, especially with young children. The hallways also had no air conditioning at all, making the building feel stuffy and warm. Unfortunately, the apartment was also not very clean when we arrived. Due to the safety concerns, I requested a refund after the first night so we could move somewhere we felt was safer for our toddlers. I was more than happy to pay for the first night we stayed, however the property has an extremely strict policy where they will not provide refunds for early check-outs, even when safety issues are raised. This was very disappointing as our concerns were genuine and related to the safety and comfort of our children.
