Perfect location and lots of room

Wasn’t clean. Had to vacuum the previous persons hair from the bathroom and showers.

The location in the middle of Surfers. Great swimming pools with bbq facilities.

On exciting the lift the hallway absolutely wreaked of rotten garbage. The same smell came into our appartment through a vent. There was really bad staining on the hall way carpet - looked like it had been there for years. Not the best first impression of our accommodation! We mentioned it to staff and they said they would get someone to investigate. Nothing was done and on reading reviews on booking.com it was clear that the smell has been and is an ongoing problem. Apartment decor old and tired furniture and chipped paintwork. Owners and building services clearly don’t want to spend money on repairs and ongoing maintenance.

Location is always good, Iv stayed in the building 6 times prior. This apartment had recently been painted, carpet was fairly new, beds and all furniture has recently been updated, kitchen and bathroom is the same as all the others iv stayed in. AC was good, had to turn it off at night as was to cold (my preference nothing wrong with it)

Would have been nice is the glass on the balcony was cleaned but I believe this is a strata issue not owner issue.

Great location in the heart of the Gold Coast.

Pretty good facilities although the lifts were continuously out of order meaning a long wait at times. Traffic noise was terrible at times!

We stayed in a self-contained apartment (Room 3064) that was very clean, neat and tidy. The location was very central to the main street of Surfers Paradise and very close to shops and entertainment venues. The Beach would only have been a ten minute walk away. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Th only thing I didn't like was trying to navigate your way around the three towers of the Chevron Renaissance Apartments. Maybe a bit more signage at the lifts and possibly a folder or some paperwork inside the units may help. As a person with mobility issues a shelf or something in the shower to sit your shower gel/shampoo etc in the bathrooms would help.

Fantastic location, awesome pool and arcade room.

Rubbish chute was/is broken so assume thats why ground floor lobby area had a bad stench
