Wegen eines dienstlichen Erfordernisses wählte ich diese Unterkunft, da sie der Ausbildungsstätte nahe war. Die Unterkunft selbst ist nett dekoriert und gut erreichbar.

Super Lage, Wohnung, vor allem Küche gut ausgestattet.

Il cassettino in cui erano contenute le chiavi era nascosto dietro una siepe e, nonostante il proprietario mi avesse mandato una foto, non riuscivo a trovarlo. Ho cercato insieme ad una signora della casa di fronte per mezz'ora prima di riuscire a trovarle. Il numero di telefono lasciato dal proprietario come contatto corrispondeva ad un'altra persona, la quale mi ha detto che lei non aveva più nulla a che fare con il proprietatio e con l'alloggio. Consiglio al proprietario di indicare il proprio numero di telefono a chi prenota. Infine, l'alloggio era un po' sporco: dietro al divano c'erano batuffoli di polvere, vicino alle tende in alto c'erano delle ragnatele e nella cucina c'era sporco vecchio (nel frigo, vicino alle maniglie dei mobiletti). La doccia non era ben pulita. Il letto, invece, aveva biancheria pulita, sebbene stropicciata.

Het was gewoon niet schoon. Op het eerste oog was het oké maar wasbak nog met tandpasta resten, toilet zelfs stoffig, overal lange zwarte haren op de vloer en een smerige plank in de koelkast. Misschien was dit eenmalig en is er “gewoon” een keer niet goed schoongemaakt. De parkeergarage is top en heb de auto op advies van de huurder op een plek gezet. Kreeg een brief onder de ruitenwisser waarschijnlijk van een medebewoner dat ik daar niet mocht parkeren en dat ik auto moest weghalen. We zouden twee nachten verblijven maar we zijn na 1 nacht vertrokken

The location is undoubtedly the property's strongest point. The apartment is situated on a quiet street while remaining within easy walking distance of Graz's city centre, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. A private underground parking garage is available, which was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. Although the ramps are quite narrow, it is still possible to navigate them with a SUV if you proceed carefully. One surprisingly practical feature is that the apartment key appears to function as a universal pass for almost everything in the building, including the garage and laundry room. The apartment itself is reasonably spacious, benefits from good natural light, and the shower box is comfortably sized rather than the tiny cubicles often found in city apartments. Overall, the apartment does not make a bad first impression and, with better maintenance, cleaning, and management, it could offer a genuinely pleasant stay.

Where to begin? The biggest issue is that the property seems to operate on the assumption that guests will independently discover how everything works. Check-in instructions, which were supposed to be sent on the day of arrival, were forgotten entirely until I contacted the host after reaching the building. When the instructions finally arrived, they still contained the name of a previous guest, suggesting a copy-and-paste approach that perhaps deserved one final edit. The phone number currently listed on Booking also belongs to a previous host who no longer manages the property. Many essential details were never communicated and instead had to be learned experimentally. This included how to access the garage, how to open the gate in order to leave the garage, the existence of a laundry room instead of having a washing machine in the apartment, and where the apartment key should be returned at checkout. Communication with the host was virtually non-existent throughout the stay. Messages often went unanswered, and even after promising to provide checkout instructions, nothing was ever sent. In the end, I had to work out autonomously the correct mailbox for returning the key. The garage has a particularly frustrating design flaw: the lights switch off automatically while you are manoeuvring and there are no movement sensors to turn them back on. If this happens, you suddenly find yourself reversing in near darkness and must leave the vehicle to press a wall switch in order to restore the lighting. This is especially enjoyable when negotiating already narrow ramps. The apartment itself is acceptable but clearly suffers from a lack of attention. The bathroom could use maintenance and better lighting. The hand soap dispenser contained what appeared to be a nearly empty bottle diluted with water rather than actual soap.

Very good location, friendly owner, clean and comfortable.
