Grazer Spatz

Everything was perfect. A friend of the owner met me in front of the building much earlier than check in time and explained everything. I could check in at 10.30 am instead of 2.30 pm and that meant a lot. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfy bed, kitchen, nice chairs and sofa to feel at home. Perfect location near the buses, trams and my favourite Bier Garten, Goesser I wish I could stay longer.

Great apartment in Jakomini, very close to Jakomini platz as the major transportation connection in Graz, 10 minute walk from the centre, good connections to main train/bus stations and universities in Graz. Great value for money!

Really comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities. Nice residential location, a 10 minute walk from the center.

Just a short walk to downtown. Very clean, cosy. Silence. A small kitchen with all you need. End of May, not too hot, not cold. The host wait for me 1 hour before the check in just to introduce me in apartment. Comfortable double bed.
