"Overall it is a pleasant stay."

The location is very good, close to the city center. The owner is also very nice. She was there to show us the flat.

Kitchen needs clean kettle, a lot of limescale inside.

The apartman located on excellent good site. Very close to downtown. We could go there on foot. The bed was very comfortable for us. The parking of our car was solved in closed area for a small extra cost only. And Graz itself a very lovely city. Lot nice decoration for Xmas. Lot historical sites and museums etc.

The kitchenware would have been better. We strongly missed a microwave oven. OK electric plate and coffee maker machine were available. But we didn't want to cook complete meal only warm-up some prefabricated and deep freeze meals. For that the best way is a micro.

Very close to the town center and a very quiet neighborhood. The staff is very friendly

I don't understand why they charge €6 a day for parking in the garage, which is actually their private parking space, but in any case it's cheaper than anywhere else in the city.

Nice apartments in an apartment building. The city center is a 7-10 minute walk. Quiet area. There is parking for an additional fee. Pleasant hospitable hostess.

Very close to city center and public transport station, yet located in a quiet street. Nice kitchenette incl. fridge, allowing for simple meals in the appartment.

Access to the shower is a bit narrow, no big deal though.

"Great value for the money"

Great value for money, given the current prices in the area. The hosts contacted me beforehand to arrange the key handover. The lady who met me with the keys was very friendly. The garage parking option is offered at a very low cost, compared to some other options I've had in recent years in the area. I really appreciated the coffee options available in the apartment. Will definitely book again when in that part of town.

Nothing to complain about, really.
