Excellent location, only 10 minutes walk to the center. Jane the owner was so nice and hospitable. She let us stay longer even she had next guest in two hours. Apartment have everything you need. Two supermarkets a few meters from the apartment, Billa and Spar.

The only thing we didn't like is shades on the window. It can not go up. Still there was a lots of light and fresh air.

The apartement was tidy, spacious enough and equipped with everything needed. We really appreciated the host, who was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great as well, as it is a short walking distance from the city center.

I liked everything, no particular problems.

The only this is, I didn't know how to use the coffee machine (my problem) and there was no microwave, which would have helped in cooking. But it's very small things.

Located just a short walk away from the centre of Graz, this place is great for a nice and cozy stay in a peaceful area. The bed and settee were comfortable, the decorations created a homely atmosphere and the apartment itself looked bright and clean. The kitchen is small, but very convenient, with everything you might need (though there was no microwave). The living room/bedroom is spacious and tidy, with plenty of lighting options. Overall, we were very pleased and hope to stay again someday!

The washing machine is located downstairs and you have to pay a fee to use it.

Small and pretty flat in quiet house. Place is near historical centrum of graz, you can walking and not using a car. Parking is possible inside a house, if you ask owner. We use self check in /out, becasuse we were in delay on traffic. The owner guided us online by phone and all was so easy. Comunication was very good. We had all, what we need.

I did not understand the rules of parking in front of the house and I received a fine of 24 euros. It's good to be informed.

As the entrance to the garage parking is too narrow, we need to find street parking space for our car. However, the street parking is subject to payment from 9:00 to 20:00 and the maximum duration is only 3 hours.
