Arcadia Apartment - Cottesloe

Good location - handy to beach and lovely cafe nearby

The location is amazing, cute cafe up the road and Beach at the other end. Tidy and clean apartment with good facilities.

There were possibilities of improvement but nothing that really effected my stay.

Slow response from host, did not make up any bedding for our children despite booking for this. We were expected to remind them again to do this. Had to make do to sleep 4. They offered to come half way during our stay and charge us extra to do this. We declined and made do by making up the bed ourselves.

Location was great for beach and restaurants. Car parking was limited but that’s to be expected near to Cottesloe beach.

There was not much bench space in the kitchen or an oven.

Access was not explained. Made it difficult to get in. Parking permit has expired. Leak in vanity taps. Wasting lots of water. Wouldn’t go back.

Dripping and other plumbing problems. Electrical problems. Mediocre cleanliness

A conventional oven would be good.

The location was excellent

We should have been notified that renovations were being carried out on the apartment building for the days we were staying with drills hammers jackhammering It is just courtesy that we be told as we booked over months ahead
