No washing machine or dryer in unit as listed. Bath towels too small.

It was close to town and having the club a walk away.. the property was quiet and nice.

When we arrived the actual property amenities said washing machine would you presume would be in the unit when I contacted the Real Estate who’s looking after the property? She was very rude and basically laughed that my holiday was going to be ruined by not having a washing machine in the unit and I told her that it was false advertising. She then proceeded to tell me that there is a communal washing machine down next to the lift and I said well if I wanted to walk to my washing machine I wouldn’t have picked this property. I also mentioned to her that the fan in the bedroom was really dusty and required cleaning and anything you mentioned to her all she could say is I will look into it We’ll look into it. She made me feel very belittled acting like my concern wasn’t something important and literally hung up on me. I can honestly say because of her arrogance I would not book this Property again.

Many of the apartments in Landmark have a view. Sadly, this one overlooked the car park. However, there was good outdoor space

The location was a privately owned apartment within a resort. We did not have washing a machine/dryer in the apartment ( which I had assumed would be so, because of the daily accommodation charge), and the bathroom was most unhelpful with its puny showering facility over a bath, requiring mopping up every time. The view from the balcony had none of the bay view as portrayed, and looked over a large parking area and jumbo waste bins below. A bit disappointing for the daily tariff, which was double what it should have been.

The bathroom needs to have a proper inbuilt shower and shower doors to eliminate the daily inconvenience of having to mop up bathroom tiles after showering - a shower over a bath is never a good idea - and not everyone is able to use a bath for daily ablutions.

This is a really lovely unit. Beautifully decorated, light and airy, comfortable bed and lounges, super spacious balcony with good seating, well equipped kitchenette and air-conditioning. There is tons of parking and unit is acceptable by a lift or a short staircase. It is even nicer than the photos with small personal touches like quality hand creams and body wash, and a welcome gift of champers to enjoy.

Everything was great

The location was an easy 5 minute walk I to town and the beach and the bowling club was just a minute walk (and the food was amazing!)

The agent - i accidentally collected a pass from the pick up point and was treated poorly repeatedly being asked if I could read instructions etc - for an honest mistake, the agent handled it with poor customer service.

Cleanish, smelled great, everything plus supplied. Champers on arrival was lovely.

Couldn’t access the huge balcony or keep the balcony door open because of a wasp nest. No views
