The location is my favourite . As I always book it when my wily come visit me from China.

The cleaning can be improved But it does not bother me much as I can do some myself .

Excellent location.

Rude and unresponsive host. No responses at all to texts sent to the two host's contact numbers. Eventually got a response when I messaged through Booking.com, but unhelpful and rude. Room was freezing cold. Wall mounted convection heater worked intermittently. The other portable heater supplied was inadequate on its own. Refer to the photos of the filters to the clothes dryer and stick vacuum cleaner. The host's response to the picture of the clothes dryer filter was "Yes they (the cleaners) are human and sometimes they miss things." Guess they missed the stick vacuum as well... Readers of this review can be the judge. Other issues included a doona leaking filler when moved, only one half used toilet roll and only two dishwasher tablets supplied for a four night stay, clothes rails loose and falling down, leaking taps, loose door knobs and a coffee maker with no pods. To cap this off, the host offered to refund the cleaning fee, but appears to be reneging as it has not eventuated. Booking.com were absolutely useless in resolving this. We left having replaced the batteries in the remotes and the two clocks.

The location was OK.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The place was not very clean. Only one towel, each for 7 days. We were so disappointed we moved out after only two nights, of our seven nights that we had booked. We asked Dave about a refund, for the price of the nights missed out on. I was told it was up to the owner, we are still waiting for the answer.

clean and tidy. great location

no AC during heatwave made it almost unbearable overnight. bed too hard. no plug for the sink or spare rubbish bags.

Position. Secure car park. Excellent kitchen, fan and aircon. TV and balcony. Fresh air

Loose tape ware are in kitchen, squeal in the shower. Crack in one glass when we arrived. Extra towels would have been good. Only three pillows.
