Really fantastic location. Close to transport and amenities and easy to access. I worked from the apartment for one of the days I was staying and the desk and monitor set up was perfect! Safe and secure building, especially for female travelers. Good value for money, would highly recommend.

The bed was a little on the firm side, but that’s personal preference for me, so not really a complaint, just something of note.

Location important for us as it was close to a family member’s address. Good location for getting into the city - tram services, etc. Good for visiting local sites, i.e. Shrine of Memorial, Botanic Gardens, local National Trust sites. Local shops and restaurants a short walk away.

We had a problem collecting the apartment key from the local store, which was the “key nest”, as we were given the incorrect code number twice. We were unable to make contact with the owner/manager in order to get this resolved and had to rely on someone else to do this. We got access at the third attempt. The apartment was good for our stay due to its location but there were a few disappointments with the contents of the apartment, e.g., no hair dryer; a limited availability of cooking implements - saucepans, plates, cutlery, scales, etc., all essential if you are self-catering. There were obvious amounts of personal items in the apartment, presumably belonging to the owner.

We loved our stay at Joyces Nest. Light, bright and home away from home. A short walk for trams, cafes and restaurants where the food was spectacular. Extremely quiet and very well presented apartment. Our host Dave was only a text away from any questions and was prompt, kind and courteous. Can't wait to go back and stay here.
