The apartment was very nice with great facilities including the pool, tennis court and gym in the building. I think it was really good value for money and in a great location with quick easy travel to the city centre and several coffee shops and a grocery store within a few hundred metres.

Some more towels would've been good and while the apartment did mostly seem pretty clean there was a blood stain on the bed sheets. The bed was truly impressively hard to the point I really considered if it could just be a mattress topper on a price of wood, though in its defence we did get used to it and slept well enough but still not great

The location was great for me as I visiting relatives not far from the unit. I didn’t explore the immediate area but there looked to be plenty of outlets and cafes.

Great location, comfortable, homely, excellent amenities, undercover off-street parking included. Variety of restaurants, cafes and small shops nearby. My go to accommodation location when staying in Melbourne.

Being picky ....... shower head is a bit low and poor reception on television Channel 9 during my stay. But not deal breakers!

Location, facilities, comfort, undercover parking included, free wifi, amenities & restaurants nearby. Good value for money. My go to accommodation when staying in Melbourne.

The parking garage door remote did not work so I couldn't enter or exit the parking garage. I made a number of attempts to contact the host to get it resolved but no response received to date. Had to rely on other tenants to assist me getting in and out during my stay.

Very clear directions, easy to find keys and property. Was neat and functional. Very convenient location to the CBD, Arts precinct and sporting areas. Would stay here again.

Found the bed very hard on the first night and spent some time sleeping on the lounge. Was surprised to find we got used to the bed and were able to sleep fine for the rest of our stay. Cleanliness was fair but not exceptional, this was mainly in the bathroom.
