Barbara is an excellent host in every respect. The units are very dated and need work in several areas.

Extremely clean. Pleasant , experienced host. The place is tired , and the price reflects that - to an extent. It needs an overhaul and with new carpet and soft furnishings would be much better.

Position was good.

Lord Howe island does not have mobile phone access. The wi-fi on the property does not work. So I had no access to my phone/email staying there, could not register for a flight online, etc. TV also did not work. Flights from the island often cancelled due to weather. Ours was cancelled as did other flights on one of the other days we were there. So you have a decent chance to stack on the island.

Great value for money in garden setting

A little dated but overall good value for money

The host was very friendly and helpful. The gardens surrounding the property were lovely. It was quiet and comfortable. The accommodations were clean and spacious.

The accommodations were basic. The location was up a steep hill so getting there by bicycle was a challenge. The internet was so slow it was not usable.

Great host. Very cozy apartments.
