Very convenient location to Southbank dining venues and short walk to Melbourne shopping. Very hospitable owner. Very clean and obviously well maintained with all facilities one would need. Secure access

Can’t recall anything

The Apartment was well equipped, the beds comfortable and everything was clean. Adrian was an excellent host, quick to respond to queries and happy to advise on restaurants. There was a convenience store across the road and others close by. We were in Melbourne for the Australian Open and access to the tram was close by.

Location was excellent, plenty of space and very well equipped.

The stairs were very attractive (timber) but somewhat tricky for older adults (79 years old)! No luggage storage on check out day but owner very helpful in advising re other local options.

Proximity to work and everything we wanted to do in Melbourne. 3 separate bedrooms, lovely couch, fully equipped kitchen.

Trash day seemed to be every day out on the street.
