Ettalong Beach Luxury Apartments

Booking got stuffed up and it took hours to sort out. This apartment had torn curtains, tv in bedroom didn't work and only 1 teabag. It was excessively noisy with small kids running amuck at 5.30 am knocking on doors and playing chase in hallway.

Location, walking distance to shops, cafes and across the road from the beach. Amazing views of ocean, full kitchen. Large balcony with sun lounger.

It could have been cleaner. Kitchen pots/pans were not great but did the job.

The mantra itself was great we left our original apartment to stay in a cleaner apartment thru Accor

The apartment we booked was disgusting- not clean dust everywhere, we had to make up the pull up bed knowing full well we had a child with us, toilet leaking, cutlery and glasses not clean, two down lights requiring an electrician, all Accom staff wanted to do was send in trades which was not going to happen while we were there… financially out of pocket as we had to move out for our last night and no offer to reimburse us….

The room was dirty. Soap from previous people still in the shower. Chip bag under bedside table. Dust and dirty under tables and bed. Bed not locked in and moves around. Very uncomfortable. We checked out a night earlier due to how dirty the room was. It was disgusting and turned us off our whole time being there.
