We had no access to Netflix. The TV only operated on and off - usually off at night - really disappointing. No box of tissues provided. Could provide a larger bed.

The pool

The room smelt like pee and the stains on the couches was gross… we put a sheet on the couch as we didn’t want to sit on it… the picture when I booked online showed the room over looking the pool.. yet we overlooked the street… not good marketing

Nice aspect but you are paying for it

You did not disclose that the keys are to be picked up at a real estate office until the last minute . I would not of booked if I had known this . When we drive all that way I really am not in the mood to go to yet another location to collects keys . Quite sneaky The TV was hell .. it was just horse racing and we were not able to change it . We rang the office and nobody bothered to call us to help so we just gave up . For $500 per night i bloody well expect the TV to be working

The location view the pool

Check in process by phone prior to the real estate was ridiculous. Unit wasn't clean the jug was dirty the hot plates also needed a clean carpet needed replacement. Spa really old and small plastic chairs on balcony . The television was tiny. It was not a luxury unit.

Great apartment, great location.

Not much to really Not like our only complaint would be the beds were really hard.

Location perfect close to shops beach and ferry

On weekends there will be bands playing

no breakfast available

I liked my room and the spa bath in my room

That I had to return back to Sydney my stay wasn’t long enough
