Tricked by creative writing, as the 2nd bed was a fold-out sofa with hard springs digging in to my back. And the 2nd living area was a small balcony. The room wasn't very clean, as the bathroom and laundry closet showed signs of mildew.

Not much regarding the apartments other than they had underground parking.

This apartment (M520) is nothing close to a "luxury" apartment. I'm giving a zero rate for cleanliness: Stain carpet, yellow stain pillows, stain quilt, hair dryer old and scratch with missing nozzle (dangerous), scratched pans, old small TV not even smart TV, very very very disgusting smell near the washing machine, stained curtains, old rusty furniture. We left 1 night earlier.

Apartment was in a great spot with the most perfect view. Easy parking and access.

On arrival the apartment wasn’t cleaned out from last people. Had to make a call to Accor. They dealt with issue straight away. Would of liked more clear info on what was included ie: towels, turn down of room etc..

Our stay at Eltalong has been absolutely amazing, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to feel cosy and at home.

Nothing.Stained carpet. Bad smelling. Broken plant pots. Bad smelling laundry. Uncomfortable bed and pillows

When I called the real estate they had an accuse for everything. Owner is aware of dirty carpet. Smell in laundry is pipes. Smell in hallway not there fault stratus. I took photos so I would not be billed for this disgrace.
