Great location

Our room was double booked so I got to look at the car park instead of ocean views somehow between booking.com and Accom there was lack of communication

The size, view & layout of the room was good. The pool area was great

The apartments were quite run down, some maintenance issues & our room was not properly cleaned before checking in.

I hated paying $709 for two nights having to come up earlier than planed due to rail work from Gordon up wards and then planned industrial action!! As a wheelchair user I Couldn't acess my shower over the bath I couldn't get in or out of the heavy fire doors in and out of apartment 110. I couldn't reach up to coffee cups nor down to plug in my breathing machine at night. I couldn't get out onto verandah or pool and the unit itself was tacky and dirty. Things broken some fixed with green tape, dust on skirting boards and behind bed . Surfaces generally dusty or grime. Broken items. Stain on rug dodgy chair. I was was shocked to pay so much for so little. Kyle was very pleasant at accom but despite this I would never return . Poor value for money.

Location and view from the apartment were great.

Not cleaned very well, the toilet had poo spots on the seat and bowl. Lamps had thick dust layers. Carpeted mats were dirty and annoying. They kept sliding and scrunching up. Trip hazard. The lounge ceiling light was burnt out. It was attended to by someone appearing annoyed, he dropped the globe and it exploded on the floor. He used the 'F' bomb. My children were present. Not professional at all.

Location was perfect. Our room had the best views. Clean and spacious. The pool was clean and a great temperature. Highly recommend this for a central coast location.
