Please note that there will be a pool closure from the 15th October to 29th October in Ettalong Beach Resort Apartments. Please be aware, from 1st June to 7th September 2025, the resort will be undergoing major building maintenance. As a result, there will be ongoing noise disruption to all guests between Monday and Friday, 8am–4pm daily.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

"Exceptional"

The view was amazing, great location.

Unfortunately the laundry area has a really bad smell, it was quite strong and made the unit stink. The dryer keeps stopping (might need a new one) other than that it was great.

Location was great!

No staff throughout the weekend and no answer on any number that was supposed to be if we needed anything…..Like Toilet paper!!!!

Location was great. It was a bit confusing finding the lock boxes to get the key.

I had two kids who had to sleep in the lounge on a sofa bed. Will get a bigger apartment next time. There were a lot of bugs in the apartment, especially cockroaches!

Position and view

Unfortunately the lift keys did not work. Very frustrating. Had to keep going to front desk would not stop at level four. The Button would just not work with the card. The place was not clean to my standards. Only one role of toilet paper for a whole family no spares Outside furniture broken the view was exceptional.
