Please note that there will be a pool closure from the 15th October to 29th October in Ettalong Beach Resort Apartments. Please be aware, from 1st June to 7th September 2025, the resort will be undergoing major building maintenance. As a result, there will be ongoing noise disruption to all guests between Monday and Friday, 8am–4pm daily.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

"Terrible and do not recommend."

The property was dirty and had mould. I notified the agent and took photos. They expected me to stay the night in the apartment and to deal with it the next day. I refused as it’s a serious health risk. I left that same day and asked for a refund. I have been refused a refund due to some T&Cs. This apartment is within the mantra resort. You may think you are booking through mantra but in fact you are booking a privately owned apartment through HolidayCo. This was my mistake. Room 422 to be exact. $1490 down the drain. I could only share 4 photos but I have more. Please take care when booking.

The apartment is outdated. The apartment was unclean. The apartment was mouldy. The apartment was Overpriced.

The pool.

Very unclean. Given a different room, told by holiday co it was booking.com. that the website showed a room that wasn't available. I originally booked a room with ocean and pool views. I received a call on the day to get this room. I was only discounted $100

Location great. Bed v comfortable with good pillows. Provision of pool towels thoughtful. Well stocked kitchen of utensils and cooking gear.

NOISE from pool users! Loud music - during day, admittedly - but still excessive music volume. Pool patrons drinking alcoholic beverages in cans and BOTTLES whilst sitting in pool! I could not believe it - if a bottle had broken, the whole pool would have to be cleaned and presumable emptied!

"Whoever owns this apartment needs to do some work on it. The whole of the mantra was good though. Shame they don’t have"

We love the position and the pool

The outdoor area of our apartment was so dirty it made foot prints inside when you came in.
