The view from the unit was excellent. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around. Southern Cross Station and a Coles supermarket was just across the street. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The unit was well equipped with kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, Netflix and air coolers for the summer heat. The host was very responsive to all our messages. Tea and coffee was also provided. The welcome bath pack was handy enough for only a day or 2. So do remember to get your own toiletries if you are staying for a longer period.

Collecting the keys was somewhat confusing. The host gave a long detailed instruction via the messaging system. However, the instructions were rather laborious and difficult to follow. We ended up entering the wrong building and initially was unable to locate the lock box for the keys. The host was quick to respond and sent someone to assist. Some photos would be helpful to clarify the steps to collect the keys, unlocking the key box and other instructions. In any case, appreciate the host's quick responses on all matters. The air-conditioner in the hall had a bit of smell when turned on.

Outside of the building was a lot of rubbish which was a little off putting. Also the key system getting into the apartment was a little annoying. Too many instructions which was hard to keep note of.

The view and location were excellent. Host was very responsive. Accommodation was modern and comfortable. Apartment was close to Southern Cross station, trams, CBD and a shopping precinct including a Coles supermarket. Overall, we were very pleased with this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.
