The location was fabulous and the apartment has everything we needed. Everything was clean

The gym wasn't in the same building, a bit hard to get to

The view is superb, facilities are fabulous

Getting the key is not difficult, but it can be a bit inconvenient, especially for someone unfamiliar with Melbourne. Finding temporary parking to collect and return the key took me some time

The location very good. Apartment very clean and tidy.

The air conditioning was insufficient for size of room, I hate to think what the room would be like if it was really hot in Melbourne.. The shades on the windows totally ineffective, for heat and light. The single bed mattress was dreadful, with springs poking through.

The location was perfect, in the free tram zone with Coles close and restaurants all nearby.

Location and the views were exceptional, especially at night.

The master bedroom was very hot and window could only cracked open a little bit. Only one lift working meant lengthy delays to get into lift.

Great location in the heart of the city, we walked everywhere so was very handy. Nice views of the city and water

Nothing really, slightly bigger bed in the master bedroom for the price of the venue would've been nice.

it was a little compact and the sheets and towels didn't seem fresh. it could do with a few more teaspoons and a good gin glass
