The location of this apartment was amazing! So close to Marvel Stadium, lots of bars and restaurants, and Spencer Street Shopping Outlet across the road. The apartment has a wonderful view over Marvel Stadium and a lovely balcony with swing chair from which to enjoy. Kitchen was well-equipped and the apartment had two well sized bathrooms A second car park was organised for our group, which we appreciated. We had a lovely time (once we were able to gain access) and would stay again.

Accessing the apartment was quite challenging as we had to obtain the keys from a lock box before we could enter the car park. This became a problem as we arrived during peak hour and there was no parking available near the accommodation. The host provided us with a lot of instructions regarding access to the room and car park, as well as key codes for both the lockbox and apartment. However, the amount of information was overwhelming, making the process complicated. I suggest that the instructions could be simplified. The requirement to take photos of where we left the keys and send them to the host seemed a bit over the top. Emptying bins was another task we were expected to do, which I feel could be included in the rate. Both rugs on the floor did not sit flat and posed a tripping hazard.

It was central and we could walk to places of interest. The view was stunning especially at night when the lights lit up. It was a cosy place and I liked the swing chair on the balcony.

This school holiday we chose to spent a week to explore our own city. What a great experience it turned out to be. The apartment we stayed was on the 39th floor. The view overseeing the Marvel Stadium and Yarra river is simply breathtaking. The apartment itself is well maintained with up to date appliances, it is clean and functional. It has all the necessities plus the bonus Wi-Fi and Netflix. The complex is well equipped with roof top gardens, BBQ, rock climbing, gym & pool. Host Robyn and David are super responsive. Their very detailed instructions are so easy to follow to get around. The building is conveniently located on the edge of the free tram zone, right across the road from Southern Cross Railway Station. There are so much to see and to do within the walking distance. During our stay we explored the city laneways on foot; we took the tram to go to the Old Melb Gaol; visited Fed Square NGV; strolled along the Southgate; shopped at DFO; dined on different cuisines every night and even tried out the Escape Room. There are still so much more on our to-do list. we will definitely do this again.
