The host are very kind to send us the instruction to collect the keys in advance. The property is very nice and comfortable as descripted in the listing, handy location.

We have never experienced such a high security required accommodation. The keys collection and checked out instruction was complicated (in 4 pages of A4 paper).

Location

The hosts repeatedly emailed from the day of booking. I ended up with over 30 emails. It was too much for a simple booking. They did not read my requests re bedding configuration and there was no sheets for one of the beds. When I queried this the hosts became agressive. They provided bedding the next day. It put a sour note on our whole experience.

Awesome apartment, great location, great communication with the host highly recommended ☆☆☆☆☆ Bonus the place on the ground floor there has yum as food

Looked bigger in the pictures, the security lock was annoying.

High rise Apartment, in CBD location, with great view out over Marvel Stadium to the River - Detailed instructions provided easy access to the onsite Lockbox and keypad details - Apartment is within easy walking distance of the Free Tram Zone stops, Coles Supermarket, Spencer Outlet Centre and fast food eateries. The Apartment is compact but has all the necessary amenities for a holiday stay for four. The information book provided detailed information about rubbish disposal and the use of the various appliances. There was also a selection of brochures on local activities. Free WiFi was appreciated, as was the Wine! (Best Steak in Melbourne: 'Butcher's Prime Restaurant' Docklands.)

The mattresses on the single beds were not very comfortable.
