Stunning resort apartment in San Remo

The place is very good.

Linen was not changed during the 4 day stay.They should change towels after 2 days.

Location was good

One coffee pod for the machine with the knowledge 4 people were staying

Convenient location, good spot within the resort.

Difficult to get into apartment, the key that was left under the pot plant (?) did not fit any of the doors accessing the apartment. We were lucky that the rear sliding door was unlocked and obtained entry, however the resort did not acknowledge our booking therefore were reluctant to utilise the facilities. Resort management advised that the booking was not allowed as part of their policies as the owner of the apartment could not let the apartment to others through the body corporate. This made us very uncomfortable and were told that we could not get special pricing for such things like the breakfast, we were also told that the our children could not borrow facilities and this was one of the main reason we chose the resort. We have previously stayed at the resort and were not expecting this to occur, we assumed that all facilities would be included. The room itself was not up to the standard we expected from previous stays at the resort.

The location was amazing apartment was very nice

The only thing I could think about. We had half a toilet paper for four people. maybe more toilet paper next time.

Great location and activities for kids.

The fold out sofa bed mattress very thin and uncomfortable felt as if we slept on the actual spring all night

The door was very difficult to open. We thought we would have a better view of the water
