Stunning resort apartment in San Remo

good location to facilities, very clean

the fold out bed was not very comfortable, it was disappointing

Location was excellent Pools and restaurant great

The unit was tired looking. The carpet in the bedroom with the single beds needs replacing. The linen on the beds could be better. The coffee pod machine leaked.

Just the facilities on the resort

Misleading. I asked for 4 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 6. We were only given 1 queen bed and 2 singles. I’m not sure how we’re we supposed to fit 6 people in this. I will be raising this with higher authorities as this has resulted in back issues for 2 of us.

The cleanliness of the apartment was disgusting, like it hadn’t been rented out in 3 years. There was dust everywhere and old food in the oven, hairties and pill packets underneath the couch, along with many random things across the apartment, yet they ask us to sweep before we check out. I have never once been asked to sweep before checking out of a place in my entire life, clearly the renters must be the cleaners, as explained by the standard. So why am I paying all of this money for stains on carpets and dirty bed sheets. Are you going to pay me for the petrol I wasted on driving to Kmart in Wonthaggi.

WiFi connection was very bad, no key for the rear sliding door which had better access to facilities.

We stayed here one night during Christmas eve. We've requested for a late check-out for the the next day. At first the owner couldn't approve because short of staff during that time. But after that, she suggested if we're willing to clean the apartment as the way it was left. Then we agreed. However, on the next day we didn't completely clean the apartment. We forgot to clean the glasses and forgot to clean the bin which was in the kitchen cabinet. Sadly because of that, the owner had to refund to the guests who stayed there after us. We deeply sorry for what happened and apologised to the owner. But the owner was so rational and professional in dealing with this matter. I was very grateful to her because she was being patient to handle this situation. I highly recommend this place
