Apartment was clean and had all amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. Resort is fabulous with lots of entertainment for the kids both indoors and outdoors (which is perfect for Melbourne weather). Breakfast was yummy with lots of options. We will definitely be back to stay again xoxo

"Good location!"

A heated pool, a big lawn with trampolines and playground.

The toilet was blocked so we had to use the toilet facilities in the pool area.

We went to have breakfast and it was $10.00 more because we didn't book direct instead of through booking.com. Also went to use the gym. In the morning no access on the access card

no car rentals available. while booking the accommodation, said 20% discount on car rentals. when I enquired about it after the booking, the lady (Rachael) said not available and that she was not aware of that. so we had to spend a lot on travel/taxi due to limited time

not clean behind the beds as when we move two single beds together, lot of rubbish was visible behind and not throughly cleaned/vacuumed.

"Unsafe, fire hazard for 6 people and a rip off!"

I booked this property for 6 people and there was 1 x Queen bed, 2 x Single beds and an old fold out lounge that was broken and had bars sticking out. We were provided with only 4 x towels and no additional bedding for the fold out lounge. When I went to the reception, they told me it was privately owned and couldn’t help us. When I booked, I was not aware that it was privately owned. No soap was provided.
