Liverpool New Apt 2BR and 2Bath

Central location, secure parking, walk to cafes and Whitlam Centre, salt water pool, secure modern building. Neat and tidy with everything we needed for our weekend long stay.

The oven along with 3/4 hot plates didn’t work. The lift was behind the bed head and very noisy, all night. The owner was very rude and difficult to deal with. There were no spare rolls of toilet paper in the apartment!

It was a secure apartment and reasonably close to where the function that we had to attend.

While comfortable enough, a little dated. Furniture and beds could do with an update. Pretty basic, although maybe I’m just a little bit fussy

Communication was fine, room was nice enough (evidence of a lot of damage from other tenants, which is not the hosts fault). Room was cheap compared to others, but we found out why when we wanted to shower the next day.

There was NO HOT WATER when we woke up on Sunday morning and wanted to have showers, hence none of our group of 4 could wash, unless a cold shower is your thing. In addition, whilst we could have put up with it (if there was hot water), the pressure delivered to the hot water taps and showers is very poor. Given there was NO HOT WATER, it did not matter. We raised the issue with the Host, and they said it was fine and no-one else had complained. We asked for a discount, and they said NO. I can tell you it is not fine when you are not able to shower, when you have driven for 5 hours to Sydney, been out at a function till late, get up and can't wash, then have to drive home for another 5 hours. BEWARE, they will ask for a $200 deposit that is not noted on the page when you are booking that I saw. It was however promptly returned after we left. Cheap is not always what you want... :(

Location was good

Main bed was too high and too hard. The non smoking throughout was annoying, i had to keep going down to the main road which at night time made me feel a bit unsafe. Wifi wouldn't work, dining table and lounge suit could do with an upgrade. Other than these small fixes the apartment was perfect for our needs

Very affordable and location is great short walk to MacDonald's and kfc or service station If your after something quick. Beds are comfortable, apartment is set out beautifully. Host Is lovely.. i will be back.
