Liverpool New Apt 2BR and 2Bath

The address given was misleading. the front address was different to the address for the collection of the keys and entry into the property

Location to sports event only 5kms away! Secure parking under building and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Kitchen was fully functional with everything we needed to cook from the apartment. Apartment has a nice looking pool and BBQ facilities which would have been great for the kids if it wasn't winter!!

Just a few little things around the apartment could do with replacing like kitchen pans. Also remove soap holder from ensuite shower that hits you in the back if you stand central to the shower recess. Wasn't required anyway as the owners provide a pump bottle of soap. Other than that it was good.

Property was ok, but not the service. Lack of communication after the owner got the payment! I had been told that I will receive a message regarding the check-in instructions and wifi password once I made the payment which I did around 1:30pm, but didn’t receive any message until I contacted her around 9pm. As well as the bond refund, I checked out early around 8:30am, didn’t receive my bond back until 6:30pm, then I had to ask for it.

I booked this apartment for my parents and relatives because it closes to my place. Check in and check out procedure are easy and smooth, all good.

The place is like a home. I am able to cook food. It's close to Westfield Liverpool around 20 mins walk.

Close to main roads, which can be noisy during the night, especially if there's an ambulance or police sirens going.

The apartment was clean except for the guest bathroom basin and both the bathrooms floor.

The furniture in the master bedroom was not comfortable, queen bed was wobbley so my husband had to sleep on the single bed in that room. the skates fell off when he made a turn on the single bed. the pillows were run down so they had two thin pillows in one pillow case which was not comfortable at all. the lights in master bedroom and living area were so dull, it appeared that someone intentionally removed some bulbs from the light. The sofa in the living was too small to fit 3 adults and a child so one of us had to sit on the floor.

it was clean and central to the town centre.

we booked for a place with a swimming pool but because of a water emergency we were bumped to one without. even though it wasn’t their fault I felt we could have been compensated.
