Liverpool New Apt 2BR and 2Bath

The property was very clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. Decent shower and great balcony views. Very spacious.

Location was as expected. It was quiet. Everything worked but the fridge leaked water.

Collecting the keys was difficult. I had to park up the street. No one rang me to tell me that the person with the keys was actually there waiting. A member of my family walked down and asked a person outside ( who was the person who let us in). We should have been informed the person was actually there or if they had a flag or something similar it would have been better. The locked box would not open to return the keys. We wasted quite a bit of time, trying to open the locked box,, ringing the host, being told to go back into the apartment, leave keys in the appartment and then return to our car parked on the street. We would have preferred to have a top sheet as the doona was too hot. There was no teatowel.

The apartment suited our needs wonderfully. Having our own laundry was great and the location was convenient.

The mattresses could use toppers. There wasn't any tea, only coffee.
