Brilliant accommodation spacious and comfortable. Excellent hosts and fantastic information booklet came in very handy.

Nothing it was brilliant

Location of the property in relation to the town is good, but that’s about as far as it goes unfortunately.

So dirty in there! There’s simply no excuse for it being so unclean and run down. Fixtures and fittings are very tired and worn out, no curtains so no privacy in the main room from the neighbours windows, cutlery and plates were dirty upon arrival, the bed sounds like it’s about to break just by sitting on it, mattress is worn out on both sides with a hump in the middle, furniture is tired and dirty, kitchen was dirty, toilet is separate in a cupboard space on its own, the bathroom was the worst of all - Shower filthy, radiator rusty and thick with filth, shower has zero water pressure and can’t be set to work at a suitable temperature (it’s broken). Parking is underground 2 floors and not particularly near the accommodation, it’s a few blocks away. The photos used on this page of the accommodation cannot be up to date at all and do not represent what you are going to get upon arrival. Worst stay we’ve had anywhere for many, many years and we were massively let down and disappointed - We couldn’t wait to leave the next day to go and pay to stay somewhere else for the rest of our trip in Ypres. Avoid it, there’s plenty of other lovely and affordable places to stay in Ypres thankfully!

Very comfortable, all facilities including parking were there. Host explained all clearly.

Very central and had private off street parking . Met with Bernard on 2 occasions and he was very friendly and helpful.

As a 4 star I would have expected Air Conditioning, weather was extremely warm and the apartment was uncomfortably warm at night. Shower was small and door was insecure. Television was small for size of room

Shower cubicle wasn’t clean. Mildew was growing on tiles and the shower tray was going yellow. More mugs some plates would be good.

Brilliant location, lovely airy rooms, good facilities and set right within the old Town of Ypres. Within 5 minutes of the old ramparts and a 10 minute saunter to the Menin Gate and Town Centre.l, where the Cat Festival parades through
