Old Saxo

This is a great cozy apartment to relax during a visit to Ypres. I had such an amazing time here. The host was welcoming, and it has all the comforts of home. Parking was very convenient.

The shower of Old Saxo 2 is not going to make everyone happy. Neither is the low headroom over one end of the bed due to the roof angle. However, for a solo traveler, these should hardly be a deterrent. This is a great place.

Excellent it's the second time we have stayed here and never not been disappointed. Property has everything you need very clean and host Bernard is very welcoming close by to restaurants and shops

Great location, private apartment. Bernard, the owner met us and was most helpful in orientating us both for the apartment and the town of Ypes - thank you. The apartment was delicioulsy warm, the bed comfortable, and we very much appreciated the secure access car parking near by. The supurb location meant we could walk to the The Last Post ceremony held at the Menin Gate each evening.

We would have liked more uniform kitchen crockery and flatware

We were given an upgrade so stayed in poppies apartment. It was amazing and Bernard who showed us around and gave us the key was friendly, informative and just lovely.

This apartment was booked for a friend and he said it was of a high standard and very clean

The apartment needs updating

Was a lovely and very well located property, everything you would need within walking distance. Dominique was very nice and give us good info on all the place to visit, have booked another week in February cant wait.
