Lighthouse apartment in Heart of Antwerp

Location was excellent

Apartment was not very clean - dust and dirt on the floors and towel rack.

The accommodation is very spacious and all equipment is fully prepared. The best thing is the location.

Well the most bad experience ever with this booking agenty I rent a apartament for 3 days I travel in February 2025 . They said the apartament is heated by the floor . Well this was not working on top on this was one day I shower with cold water ,I called them to fix the situation and they send somebody for fix the boiler but the heat in the floor was still not working ,was -5 degree outside and in the house was 17 , they agency said is everything working and I don’t know how to put the heat on so my mistake to give it some time it will work ,I called them again to fix but no answer , next day on top of this they lied me in the face that everything is working and I complained for nothing and that the thehinician was fixing everything just that is not good enough for me 17 degree on the winter time. About the cleaning also ..the bed was not even change and smell in the house like dust . never again ! the personal from agenty very unpolite very angry for my complaine and they just hang up my phone when I called several times explain that was still cold in the house . I give them the option to change my apartament with a smaller one just to not be cold and they said is everything working they will send someone for confirmation and then they will see what they can do ,but after couple of hours nobody pick up the phone anymore ,so in fact I slept 3 days in cold because 17 degree is okey for them , they said they sleep home the same :) never again with this agenty .

The location was great and good amount of space . Did have everything listed on site

The kitchen wasn't well equipped and the stove was actually dual hotplate. No pans , no mixing bowls/service for oven other than the one it comes with. Had salt and coffee supplies. We left oil and pepper for the next person . Did have plates and a few pans as well as supplies to hand wash dishes

The apartment has lots of space and a kitchen and very close to Antwerp main square.

The stairs can be a bit difficult with luggage but no big deal.
