Could do with a freshen up

Fantastic service. The hosts Barry & Tracey were extremely friendly & accommodating. Their lovely friend Kathleen who met us at the property & gave us a quick tour of the surrounding streets and the best places to eat was very much appreciated and made us feel at home. The property was close to everything we needed shopping, zoo, transport, botanical gardens etc. Restaurants were only a block away and many wonderful choices. The secure car park also came in handy for our hire car.

It was a little tired and could use some maintenance but overall fit our family of 6 well.

Tracey and Brian were lovely to deal with. The property was well located, great size and comfortable.

The property was a little dated and could do with a freshen up.

A bit old and tired

Brilliant location across from parks and Botanical Garden and 2 minute walk to Rundle Street/Rundle Mall. More eateries than you could want and great shopping. Fringe Festival is across the road when its on. Collect a hire car 250 metres from apartment. Love the location and lovely building. Good size lift and lovely spacious apartment

Small maintenance issues around apartment. Sliding door to balcony difficult to open. Some walls looked like required a good wipe down and couple of other minor details.

Great location for Adelaide

The location was perfect. Restaurants and buses were very close.

The apartment is showing its age. The master bathroom's hot water knob in the shower leaked as did the bathroom faucet. The seating options are all so worn and uncomfortable. There is nowhere to relax. The Sofas in the living room are probably 50 years old and very uncomfortable; the leather cushions are held together by snaps and Velcro, and unfortunately neither are working. And they need to get rid of the two torn throw pillows. It would have been really great having such a large balcony, but the only seating was a miniature metal chair which is child size. Also, the sliding door was impossible to open unless you are a weightlifter. It needs to be adjusted or oiled. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable, but the the bed in the second bedroom is very old and uncomfortable (the springs stick through). The microwave doesn't seem to heat very well. The place is cleaned to a low standard. The bathroom sinks knobs would bleed green mold when wet. Also there are many light bulbs that need replacing, the bathroom is very dark with no natural light. On the positive side, the a/c works well and the washer was very efficient although the dryer was missing the filter so lint flew everywhere.
