Balcony apartment in Central Antwerp

Location was great, close to grote Markt. Antwerp is a great city to visit.

Key pick up was ridiculous at a central office. Huge line up. We got stuck in the teeny tiny elevator at the flat, and had to call the fire dept. Some signage on sensors in the elevator would be good. Walking to floor 5 was a pain. The apt lighting was horrible. Get some higher wattage bulbs for goodness sake! The kitchen ammenities were marginal.some extral pillows would be nice.

Es war ein sicherer Einstellplatz für 4 Fahrräder Bedingung bei der Buchung. Uns wurden 2 Fahrräder gestohlen. Damit war unsere Flandernradtour beendet und es entstanden zusätzliche Kosten durch Buchungen und Bahnfahrten In dem Haus wurde bis früh extrem laut gefeiert. Zwei Betten hatten keine Bettlaken. Die Küche war sehr unsauber. Vor einer Buchung dieses Objektes wird gewarnt.

De locatie was geweldig.

Het appartement was erg vies. Er zat een groot dood beest met bloed boven de duur. Al het servies was vies en plakkerig. De badkamer stonk enorm ook leek er zwarte schimmel te zitten. De badkamer komt overigens niet overeen met de afbeelding. De deur kan vanuit binnen niet op slot, dit geeft een erg onveilig gevoel.

De voordeur was kapot dus mochten we in een ander appartement van dezelfde organisatie dat werd snel opgelost en goed geregeld. Dat appartement lag dicht bij het andere. Ligt heel centraal in centrum

De voordeur kapot dus geen veilig gevoel. Appartement was simpel,prima voor nachtje als je niet teveel geld uit wil geven en in het centrum wil zitten. Wel koffiezetapparaat maar geen filter erin. Basic

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the highstreet with shops and 5 minutes walk to the historic centre, easy to locate. Building has a lift, which is very useful, as the flat is located on the 4th floor. The flat is very spacious and the bed is comfy, the heating works well. The company that rents it is very communicative. Check out is very smooth.

The door doesn't lock from the inside, which is a bit scary, as the first night some stragers knocked insistently on our door. The owner could fit a chain to be more secure. The flat doesn't have a TV or a washing machine, but that's my bad for not reading the details properly. And the property has multiple beds and mattresses stashed on top of each other in the bedroom, but that did not bother us that much. The button that changes the shower from the cord fixture to the rain one doesn't work so that needs fixing, but the shower still works overall.

The view and location

Unhygienic Apartment, full of mold on the windows, stained mattresses and pillows, not enough pillows and the mixer and the shower head and the overhead shower didn’t work properly. Not the same as the photos shown. There was a bad smell. There were bed mites as per photo attached. The balcony was dangerous for children. The elevator not safe and the apartment wasn’t suitable for eight people especially when you are with children.

It was close to the city centre, and the 4th floor meant a bit less noise from the outside

The weird smell of the bathroom, it was really strong and consistent

De ruimte is fijn met een aparte keuken. Veel ruimte om te zitten. Mooi uitzicht op de stad.

De badkamer rook naar riool, we moesten veel luchten om de lucht fris te houden. We misten in de keuken een schaar en opener. Gehorig was het met mensen die weinig sliepen.
