Balcony apartment in Central Antwerp

The overall comfortability.

The smell of the bathroom/toilet. I was almost trapped in the elevator, as I was going out the facility on my check out day, elevator did not stop on the ground floor, it stoped midway and so i was not able to open the door to go out. I was in the elevator for 5 minutes more but less than 10 minutes.

Locatie is top, mooi uitzicht op het terras Badkamer is proper Ruim appartement voor de prijs!

De kussens zijn niet zo fijn om op te slapen De lichten zijn redelijk donker in de keuken als in de woonruimte

I booked the place for my 80 year old grandfather. When my grandpa arrive the apartment they said that they booked the apartment to another 2 person and told him that he has to stay another apartment. They arrange another downgraded, smaller and old furniture apartment and made my grandpa walk 2km for 30 minutes. When i ask them why such thing happened they didn’t even cared at all and keep parroting that they arranged him an alternative apartment. They are unprofessional and they would sell your reservation to another people if they pay more. They doesn’t seek any ethic, it doesn’t matter whether you are 8 years old or 80.

La ubicación.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Al mismo entrar había olor a marihuana y el baño a desagüe. La calefacción no funcionaba y la cama no era confortable, estaba pegada a la pared. La recogida de llaves en otro lugar es un inconveniente cuando vas cargado de maletas. Las fotos no se corresponden con el apartamento que nos proporcionaron.

De ligging is uitstekend , sleutel ophalen ook dichtbij.
