Balcony apartment in Central Antwerp

The location and the balcony.

When I stayed in this place in May 2025 there were road works down the street. The noises the day after woke me up. The bathroom had a bit of unpleasant small. Perhaps this will be fixed when road works are over. But in general value for money this was very great place in a super location.

Great location, gorgeous view on the church, exactly like on the picture. Very nice staff, explained everything and provided detailed pictures

Only one towel per person, not even a full-body sized one. One of the shower doors is, presumably, missing. The main shower head cannot be turned on, so it I complicated to take a normal, comfortable shower - small head has a weird water pressure, so you get to choose between getting almost no water or trying to break a hole in the shower wall. The place is nice and tidy, but extremely loud due to echoes. It is actually impossible to move around to not wake up people that you are staying with. The elevator in the building is a bit scary.

Very spacious and equipped with all the facilities/amenities one would ever need for a worthwhile stay. Views are breathtaking from every angle, most especially from the balcony overlooking the street below and a couple churches from a distance.

The building's a bit dated but nothing major

Close to old city centre. Light and airy with open aspect. Lounge was bright and clean as shown on the website.

The bedding looked like someone had been sleeping in it for several weeks (although I believe it to be clean). The shower was still broken after previous guests’ reports. The drains in the bathroom smelt. The kitchen was not equipped as described. There were no kitchen knives at all. The photos shown on the website of the bathroom, bedroom & kitchen were from a different apartment! If we had seen the actual rooms we would not have booked it. We contacted the agent and had no reply. Contacted the owner through Bookings.com and got snooty reply and nothing else. We had booked for a whole week, unfortunately!
