Bright Lodge 6-person Antwerp

I was alone, and the place was just totally fine for that (for 2 people it is also good). Given the sleeping arrangements, I wouldn't opt for this with more than 2 (although there is another separate bedroom (without toilet/bathroom) that I did nog use at all. The location is good. And the price was at a sharp point with competition, so then you can't be overly critical about the downsides.

It's not very handy to pick up the keys quite elsewhere. The stairs are steep and narrow, so this is a small handicap for those with chunky suitcases. The 2 double beds in the main bedroom are sub-optimal. The place is very noise sensitive: one night it was hard to sleep due to people on a higher floor making noise, and you can hear a lot from the street.

Was on the 4th floor, very steep stairs , very tough for a family with a toddler, shower was a floor lower, had to go and get the key 2km away from this place, pictures do not correspond to reality of flat - expect cheaper ikea curtains etc, had to make the big bed myself as I just got a bag with sheets

We had to go quite far from our accommodation for the check-in.

Very large, with everything you need. In center of the town.

6 flights of steep stairs. That was a climb, not for everybody, doable.

1. the flies infestation, they were everywhere when I arrived and I had to open the windows every two hours for two days to get rid of them, and still they kept coming; 2. the noise from other apartments the place is clearly known to locals who rent it prior to or after going to clubs despite numerous posted warnings and the presence of one so-called camera, there were people going in and out all night the second night and a party was clearly in progress the third night when somebody from management finally did something about it it did not feel safe at all, with my son sleeping - or trying to - in the extra room across the hall and down one flight of steps

Location is absolutely fantastic, so central and close to shops, restaurants, bars and a short walk to the old city centre.

The apartment layout is a bit strange. The shower is located one floor down and not in the apartment itself. The apartment is nice and large but I think needs a little renovation. I also don’t think it’s necessary to have 3 beds in there to maximise on guests. I just feel it has so much more potential for the space and location. A more comfortable bed and white sheets would also be welcome. And if you are staying on the top floor, please be prepared for the stairs. I had to carry a 20kg bag up 8 flights which was a workout :’).
