Bright Lodge 6-person Antwerp

The location was great, and the room was nice and cozy :)

It was just because of the old building, the entrance door was hard to open/close, and I could hear people walking in the upper room. But still, it was a good stay.

Reatricted time to pick up the keys. Location far from the pick up place. Not efficient nor useful

There were no towels in the room. It was difficult to get through to ask for towels. Answered the call for the fifth time. The room is not clean enough: dirty surfaces, dirty windows, bed linen not the first freshness.

The apartment we booked wasn't good for our group of 3 adults, so, we contacted the owners and they could not have been more helpful. They were able to accommodate us in another apartment that was much better for us. Both apartments were close to everything we needed, clean and well equipped. They were both light and spacious with toilettries and cleaning supplies included. The staff were truly amazing.

Central location.

Our friend was in a room down the stairs. The only access to a toilet she had was our en suite which is awkward in the middle of the night. They have squeezed two double beds in one room so the door doesn't close so the light just streams in.

Good location, spacious and bright apartments, there are necessary things

Noisy wooden floors, a blue peephole of some kind of sensor blinked in the bedroom, a steep narrow staircase in the entrance and it’s uncomfortable if people go up with suitcases
