Old furnitures Beds are not comfortable

The propriety is in a good location

Lots stairs and bit dangerous when you have luggage as there is not lift. The toilet shower is on another floor….. There is not tv… Small kitchen

The living room is just like the pictures. Close to the old town .

You have to collect the keys from a totally different location that looks like a storage room. Unfortunately there was a very arrogant person that gave us the keys. Even that we had informed more than 10 days in advance that we will need both bedrooms I didn't get any answer from the property and we were charged extra 50e without receipt... Extremely uncomfortable "beds" more than thrown old mattresses one over the other... Very dirty pillows The other bedroom is on another floor in a blind depressive "room". Probably it was a storage room there. You have to find out yourself how to open the radiators for the heat. It was very cold there. Kitchen was not working. Hard to find the entrance. Rude notes to the doors regrading your stay. Extremely expensive for such a Bad stay ...

I have been trying to get an invoice from them for the past three weeks now. I was traveling for work and now I can't claim my money back. They keep ignoring my emails.

The location

The heating was broken and the thermostat was in a sealed unit. A maintenance guy appeared the second day ( although the agent was aware and said they would send someone immediately) & left a tiny heater which was useless as it turned out the second bedroom was outside the apartment down the stairs (very odd) and absolutely freezing so we had to sleep in the lounge on 2 knackered sofabeds with a mattress on top. The only access to the bathroom was through the second bedroom. The bed in that room was very well worn! We were just 2 couples but had only one set of keys which hampered our weekend - we asked for another set but it was ignored. The multiple notices warning that excessive noise would not be tolerated was a worry but understandable as it really is a bed factory and should be marketed as such. The apartment can accomodate 9 people - Apparently!

The stairs are not for the faint hearted or the hungover

Bathroom was on a separate floor. I didn't expect that.

Location

Not clean, not cosy, too many unnecessary house rules. The place looks only about making money, not about welcoming guests in a personalised way. That’s why they are apparently proud to manage 200 of these appartements
