Please note that reception hours are as follows: Reception hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Closed on Saturday, Sundays and public holidays. "We are extremely disappointed and hurt from our stay at your appartment."

The water and plumbing system is deplorable. My wife and children were burnt while having a shower. The shower changed from tepid to scolding hot in an instant, with no warning, and burnt my family. This meant we had cold showers to stop the chance of being brunt. This is not good enough. I am extremely disappointed my wife and children were burnt. This needs to be rectified. I will be seeking advice in the meantime. Additionally, the hot water to the kitchen tap did not work sufficiently. It came out at a dribble. Surely you knew of these issues? And to rent it out knowingly is not good enough.

Good space for 2 families. Location was perfect to restaurants, dock and footy oval.

One single bed mattress needs replacing but other than that nothing comes to mind.

Very spacious and had all the necessities. Comfortable lounge, beds and good size bathrooms, good water pressure in shower, across the road from shops and restaurants, balcony and garden views, fairly clean

Bedroom drawer not clean, lots of stairs.
