SCA Sofia City Apartments

Could not have a better location than this, walking distance to everything, metro near by, but yet quiet road. Alex was an excellent host, communicative and attending to all requests making the whole experience smooth and stress free. Apartment was spotless, fully equipped. Spacious with a balcony overlooking a quiet back yard, only 5 steps from the entrance. Bedroom fully blackout curtains were very appreciated. Alex created a full coffee & tea station with everything you need which was so nice. Would definitely recommend

The are so many positives to these lovely apartments! Location is fantastic, it feels so secure and comfortable, the bed is huge, the place was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed! Hosts gave clear and helpful instructors & were contactable if we needed anything. We were very impressed with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location: meters away from the pedestrian area of Vitoshka street, which is better than an apartment right on it as it is just enough to cut the noise. The NDK metro station is in the immediate vicinity which means no need for taxi from the airport. Small tip: just next door, there is an excellent specialty coffee and wine place with shared working space. Smooth check-in and -out with clear instructions, for the ones interested in discreteness - this is far better than any hotel. Very functional: dishwasher & toaster, regular oven, coffee machine and fridge with cleaning supplies, basic condiments and coffee, vacuum cleaner, very well thought out bathroom with no spillover of water from the shower and very important for some - toilet shower. Large and moderately firm bed (at least for me great for sleeping), modern and functional furniture and hygienic floors. There are towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo and even liquid soap in the kitchen. The building doesn‘t have an elevator as it is quite old, but the apartment was on the first floor with just few steps from the building entrance. Security is good - reinforced doors, windows and terrace secured with metal grid.

The cooker hood and the oven need some thorough cleaning.

The apartment was spotless and is located in a prime location. It is ideal for a family with children as it provides all the amenities and necessities for preparing a quick meal (e.g., for infants). Alex was very kind and helpful! We will definitely visit the accommodation again!

Gorgeous, spacious, and a great location. Lots of extras like a full-sized refrigerator and a REAL espresso machine with coffee. Loved staying here!!!! Check out nearby restaurants Lampata and Made from Home. Both super-close and delicious!

First floor unit, so it did not have as much privacy as a higher-floor unit. But at least we didn’t have to walk up a flight of stairs.

The apartment was spacious, airy, clean and in an excellent location. The instructions from the host were also really clear for checking in and out. We were only here for 2 nights but would have loved to have stayed longer and would definitely recommend it to any family or friends in the future.
