Flora Hotel - Apartments

- the room was spacious, comfy and clean - there were just a few people in the hotel so we had the swimming pool and sauna just for ourselves - big and tasty breakfast

The food was fresh and well prepared.

Even though the hotel advertised the spa facilities and the children's playground, they weren't available during summer time. It should have been explicitly clarified since we chose the hotel exactly because of the playground and the spa facilities (sauna, steam bath and etc). It was disappointing to arrive and not be able to enjoy the playground(we travelled with 2-year-old child).

I liked the location, the facilities were old but clean. The people was nice and the food was ok.

I make a reservation for a family weekend, me my wife and two kids (2 and 5). I rent apartment with dinner and breakfast. They open rooms for reservations out of the winter season because they have green school with teenagers. They didn't mention that. So they were on the same floor with us and till little houers in the night there was noice, screaming , hitting the doors and was impossible sleeping for the kids. Because of same teens the spa and rest center, the pool and etc. That we paid for was literally impossible to use. I will never came back.

Exceptionally clean, good facilities with sauna & swimming pool etc and rooms were large.

We had a broken toilet seat which wasn’t fixed even though we mentioned it on arrival. Also it was the end of the ski season but it was very quiet, we joked it could be haunted!
