The location is really good near the ski lift and close to the all shops . The relax centre is really nice the breakfast is good

I think the furniture in the hotel room can be a bit more modern

Good location, good-sized rooms that were clean, breakfast had a fair amount of choices.

Rooms are very dated, good old key system, no fob/card. Services are quite weak, considering they are a 4*... no hair dryer in the room, had to pick one up at the reception and couldn't just leave this in the room, had to return it upon check-out...

The location is excellent.The view from the room of the slopes especially of a night was great

The room is extremely dated and cleaning is not great.Curtains hanging off the rail was not a good start and there was a stained dirty double mattress stuck behind the sofa when we got in.Only one key provided.The duvet was very thin almost like a blanket and the sheets didn't stay put.As there was no mattress topper you ended up sleeping on the mattress which is not hygienic Pillows stained.No English speaking TV channels and service was intermittent.Maid would not take no for an answer on a day we wanted to have a late start and insisted on cleaning the room so we had to get up and sit on the chairs whilst she mopped around us and then wait for the floors to dry! Restaurant food for breakfast was plentiful tho quality left a lot to be desired.Orange juice watered down so much it looked like water.Coffee out of the machines tasted awful.Hot food often cold.The Irish Bar isn't a bar..it's in a corner of the restaurant with sofas to sit on.As the restaurant is in the basement as is the bar and has no windows it's not a pleasant place to want to be.Had to ask for a hairdryer as that should have been included in the room rate and it wasn't.We upgraded from a studio to a one bed apartment.and expected more from the pictures and the room description.Very noisy neighbours on a few nights..smoking on their balcony next to our bedroom which filters through and was not pleasant No soundproofing at all.Very noisy when people were coming in of an evening. Dog barking on a balcony to the right of us on one afternoon when trying to have a break from skiing..hotel says no dogs ?!! .The best thing about it was the view.Otherwise it was uncomfortable and unpleasant to stay in so we literally slept and showered there and spent most of the day out of the hotel.Hotel towels very thin tho they were changed on 5 of the 7 days we were there.The bed sheets weren't changed.No one took the dirty mattress out of the room.
