Flora Hotel - Apartments

The room was spacious and the kitchenette was well equipped. The food at breakfast and the dinner buffet was simple but very tasty and kids friendly. The rooms were regularly cleaned.

The shared space as the corridors and elevators was not cleaned often and sometimes was pretty dirty.

The rooms are very large and the kitchen has enough dishes if you wanted to prepare meals. But do book HB as the meals were mainly good.

The doors are key lock so you need to lock yourself in (we forgot the 1st night and got a visit from a very drunk other guest). There are NO plugs near any of the mirrors so straightening you hair was difficult. 🙄.

Staff attitude is shocking

The spa facilities were the only good thing about the property.

The staff were not welcoming. Although we booked to stay at Flora Hotel, we were walked across to a hotel called Tulip Residence. I questioned why we were staying at a hotel that’s not the one we booked and they responded with “we’re fully booked” even though I booked weeks in advance.

Location mainly, close to the ski lift, restaurants. Breakfast although not diverse from one day to another, reach enough.

The room had very little in common with the picture on booking site. We had to change one due to cigarettes smoke persistent smell. Second one had a persistent sewage smell, exfoliating floors, walls affected by humidity and mold. Although cleaning personnel was coming daily, their activity was minimal: lot of dust and dirt we had to remove personally. Sheets never changed over 7 nights staying. Extra swimming pool, sauna facilities were closing 20:00 so very little possibility to take advantage of. Multiple business branches of Flora in same location, so difficult to find the one booked. Lot of dirt on the corridors starting from entrance, easy to be carried inside the rooms. The extensible sofa for kid was making terrible noises with each move.

the staff in the restaurant cleaning the tables and the guy behind were quite rude. I felt very uncomfortable around them.

ACCOMODATIONS- VERY GOOD, SPATIOUS AND COMFORTABLE ROOM, QUIET SLEEP, EVERY DAY CHANGE TOWELS. FOOD- VERY NATURAL TASTE, DELICIOUS, SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS TOO, COMPLIMENTS TO THE TALENTED CHEFS! NICE PERSONAL SPEAKING ENGLISH. LOCATION- NOT FAR FROM GONDOLA AND SKI LIFT.OK WALKING. I RECCOMAND THIS HOTEL FOR A SKI HOLIDAY

SUGESTIONS- IT WOULD BE NICE TO WARM THE SWIMING POOL.
